The advanced CAE mold flow software is used to continuously optimize the runner system and cooling system, which improves the casting qualification rate and production efficiency. More than 30 experienced bench workers and various production equipment are available, auch as Toshiba horizontal machining center from Japan, large gantry milling machining center, large mold clamping machine, electrical discharge, wire cutting and other equipment. We are much experience with large die-casting mold manufacture. Our annual mold production capacity is 400 sets.
